- Do not put HTML tags within the TITLE.
- A TITLE with the authors name or website url will be immediately rejected.
- The title must be relevant to the article and make sense to the reader. The TITLE should not be keyword stuffed (too many redundant keywords used over and over again).

- Please do not repeat the TITLE or the authors name at the top of the ARTICLE BODY. We will remove it.
- Copyrights must be at the bottom of your article.
- If you include a REPRINT RIGHTS statement in your article, it must be at the BOTTOM of your article. If you put it at the top, we will move it to the bottom. Keep in mind our Author Agreement when you write your reprint rights statement.
- Articles that are obviously advertisements for example a product pitch or blatant self-promotion, will immediately be discarded with no notice to the author.
- NO HTML TAGS ARE PERMITTED IN THE ARTICLE BODY. Obvious headings and urls will be treated as such and highlighted accordingly
- We allow a maximum of 2 "Self-Serving" Links/URLs, active or inactive, within the article. A "Self-Serving" Link/URL is a link/URL to a website that you own, control or have an interest in. A total of 4 links, which include sites that are not self-serving are permitted within the ARTICLE BODY.
- Whenever possible, please try to confine your self-serving links to your "About the Author" box.

- A limit of two active website links/urls are permitted. These will be made active by our editors at the time of posting.
